As a PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalay, Our main objective is to implement the vision of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan in letter and spirit on one hand and translate the recommendations of National Education Policy- 2020 into real action on the other. We have a dedicated team of teachers, who are committed to shape the children into self- thinking human beings as well as responsible and serious citizens of the country. Our children will be adept at state- of-the art technology and be grounded in Indian values and ethos at the same time. We believe in academic excellence in the true sense of that term. In addition, our children get adequate exposure to Sports, Science Exhibition, Science Olympiad , Youth parliament and many other co-curricular activities.
With the active cooperation of parents , alumni and community members we look forward to transforming PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 Roorkee into a real epicenter of of academic excellence. We have a very vibrant system of engagement with the community members where we share our vision for welfare of society with the stakeholders and receive valuable feedback in turn.
